When you purchase the PDF E-book, the file will download automatically
to your computer. Our e-books are formatted as PDF files to retain

online mentioned in our books. This makes reading e-books a dynamic,

the book's page, there will be links for choosing the e-book version
or the paper version. We accept all major credit cards.
9.
"What if I have a problem downloading the e-book file?"
Most errors are being caused by some part of the configuration
of proprietary browser versions. Certain Internet Service Providers
(ISPs) send out browser versions on their installation software (usually
a special version of Netscape or Internet Explorer), that is installed
as part of the login and connection software you install by download
or CD when you join the ISP. These special versions may be missing
files contained in the full versions of browsers, or may have some
modifications made by the ISP for their own purposes. All of our cases
reporting the 'unresolvable error' have been dial up or cable modem
accounts which pass through an ISP which uses one of these modified
browser versions.
We feel that upgrading
the proprietary browser to the full version of the browser, available
at no charge on the browser's main sites, then trying to download
the document again with the full version of the browser should solve
the problem they have encountered. The next step should be to complete
the upgrade of choice (Netscape or Internet Explorer) and try the
purchase again. We have listed the links to both browser upgrades
below.
