1."What is an e-book?"
E-books are digital or electronic books. Created to be read online or printed from PDF files, on CD's, as web pages, or as emails. Downloadable e-books in PDF format like ours arrive to your desktop within minutes (about 15 to 20 depending on your modem speed.)

When you purchase the PDF E-book, the file will download automatically to your computer. Our e-books are formatted as PDF files to retain an organized and attractive lay-out. 6. "Can e-books be read on a MAC or a PC?"
Yes! PDF files were created to be read on any platform.

7. "Can I print portions or the whole e-book?"
Yes! With our ebooks, you can print the entire book or only the pages you need. (Other ebooks may not offer you this option. We do!)

8. "How do I purchase an e-book?"
Click on Ebook Publishing Success. You will be wisked to the book's full description. On the book's page, there will be links for choosing the e-book version or the paper version. We accept all major credit cards.

9. "What if I have a problem downloading the e-book file?"
Most errors are being caused by some part of the configuration of proprietary browser versions. Certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) send out browser versions on their installation software (usually a special version of Netscape or Internet Explorer), that is installed as part of the login and connection software you install by download or CD when you join the ISP. These special versions may be missing files contained in the full versions of browsers, or may have some modifications made by the ISP for their own purposes. All of our cases reporting the 'unresolvable error' have been dial up or cable modem accounts which pass through an ISP which uses one of these modified browser versions.
